These fun and sometimes quirky shoes add a splash of colour to our children’s footwear collection. The lovely soft leathers are of the highest quality and provide immediate comfort.  There’s a distinct ray of Spanish sunshine! In southern Europe this is a brand name which is extremely popular and can seen across many market sectors including clothing and accessories.

Aigle

Aigle, from France,  are experts at making classic, simple children’s rubber wellies.  The wellington boots are available in a range of colours. Super flexible and super comfortable. You can’t go wrong!

Angulus

Distinctive Danish shoes made with the finest leathers. Fabulous for those children with a wider fitting foot. Angulus has a very loyal following ... especially when it comes to school shoes and the gorgeous little girls’ long boots! Admittedly Angulus are priced towards the top end of our range but it’s easy to see why.

Aster

Aster’s stylish French shoes are great for the younger boys as well as the girls. The collection ranges from the very classic designs such as the much loved ‘Bimbo’and ‘Dingo’ to fancy party shoes for girls and funky boots for boys. We love the fit and quality!

Babybotte

We have a soft spot in our hearts for these irresistibly cute French shoes. The fit and support for those precious tiny feet is fabulous. Babybotte footwear comes in designer styles and gorgeous colours. We find it’s often very well suited to the narrower fitting foot.

Birkenstock

Birkenstock sandals for children are fabulous for those children with wider fitting feet. The styles changes very little from year to year but for the followers of this well established brand who wants change? Comfortable, practical fashion.

Bobell

The trademarks of these stunning Portuguese leather shoes for younger children are simple, practical designs and funky colours. Perfect for any occasion whether it be a special outing or a trip to the park.

Camper

Probably one of our “coolest” brands. A taste of Spain! Camper’s idiosyncratic look for boys and girls is definitely “urban chic”. Beautifully soft leathers provide instant comfort. As well as outdoor shoes, including the iconic ‘Twins’ collection The cute all wool slippers in lovely vibrant colours are extremely popular.

El Naturalista

A new brand for us at The Shoe Station but as they say at El Naturalista “we enjoy creating comfortable and attractive footwear, that helps us to move along the amazing journey of life. We make shoes for people who embrace life as they walk. Our designers are inspired by dreams of a better world” Wow! We are excited to be a part of such a concept!  The El Naturalista long boots for girls are stunning -- refreshing in design and fabulously comfortable.

Garvalin

Lovely soft leathers and instant comfort ensure that this Spanish footwear collection appeals to children and parents alike. That fresh Mediterranean flavour can be see in abundance in the designs and colours of Garvalin footwear!  The "Biomechanics" range of footwear assures a super comfortable fit with maximum flexibility.

Pretty French leather shoes and boots. Ideal for weekend wear and parties. A little known brand in the UK and, hence,  perfect if you’re looking for that something more unusual.

Geox

The story of the unique GEOX patented breathable  leather sole has been well promoted and has attracted a large following! Our customers love the designs of these Italian lifestyle shoes as well as the more traditional school sports trainer. Leather school shoes are a relatively new addition to our collection but are attracting much interest and have proved themselves to be absolutely "fit for purpose".

Hunter

Riding (excuse the pun!) on the success of the adult wellies, Hunter wellington boots for children are extremely desirable. They come in classic green or navy or in a range of funky colours. A perfect fit is assured thanks to the orthopaedic removeable inner sole.

K-Swiss

Famous for its classic tennis shoes but also much loved for its cross trainers. The clean lines and impact absorbing soles make these trainers an ideal option for school sports use, at an extremely good price!

We are very grateful to this Belgian company for supplying us with fabulous children’s snowboots for the Winter and waterproof neoprene sandals and shoes (under the brand name ‘Little David’) for the Summer!

Beautiful, cosy, woollen slippers from Austria for children of all ages. Fabulous designs and a perfect solution to keeping toasty all year round.

Mod8

French and fabulous! The girls’ collection is especially appealing and if you’re looking for something for that special occasion a pair of Mod8 shoes will definitely ensure that you stand out from the crowd. The pretty summer sandals with velcro fastenings and the cute canvas shoes are amongst our most popular year after year.

Naturino

There’s something very Italian, not surprisingly, about these stunning shoes. Naturino shoes combine stylish designs with fabulous fit and comfort. If you’re looking for something different in a school shoe Petasil’s Portuguese leather shoes could well provide the solution.   Many of our customers come back to us year after year in search of a new pair of Petasil school shoes.  These stylish shoes, for both boys and girls, come in different colours and width fittings and range in size from a 24 to a 44.   For those people searching for a red school shoe (and we know how difficult that search can be!) Petasil shoes provide the perfect solution.

Pom d’Api children’s footwear has a loyal customer following despite being pretty hard to track down in the UK. People look to Pom d’Api to come up with that ‘something a little different’. The designs are often stunning and the quality of the leathers is fabulous. However, just to contradict all of that, one of our best sellers year on year is the little boy’s classic leather Jodzip style short boot!

An Austrian brand which, as you may expect, knows what it takes when it comes to manufacturing good waterproof footwear. The girls’ long waterproof boots are a firm favourite amongst our customers. We also love their lifestyle footwear for boys and girls combining fashion with practicality and comfort.

Ricosta

We love fitting Ricosta shoes! It’s just one of those brands that suits so many different foot shapes and sizes and provides instant comfort. We especially like the boys’ and girls’ school shoes and waterproof boots. Many of our customers come to us for the Pepino range, for tiny feet, often recommended by podiatrists and osteopaths. Removeable inner soles provide an added benefit for those children with orthotics.

Robeez

Cute and fun baby leather shoes in lots of different designs from plain, classic colours to funky designs. We’ve tried many brands of this ilk but have never found anything that stays on those wriggling feet quite so well. Ideal for keeping those little toes warm whilst not restricting the natural development of the foot.

We are so excited to be stocking Sorel snowboots for the first time this year. We’ve taken advice from the experts in the Great White North! Sorel offers us the very best in snow boots keeping you cosy down to temperatures of -25°. They’ve been designing resilient, cold-weather boots for over 100 years, combining leather uppers, rubber bottoms and removable felt liners. Equally suitable for use après ski or on a routine trip to the park!!

What is there to say that hasn’t already been said about Start-rite? We all remember those trips to the shoe shop to get our Start-rite shoes fitted back in the old days! Well, some things haven’t changed. Start-rite remains a firm favourite amongst many of our customers, especially when it comes to buying prewalkers, first shoes or school shoes. Its reputation for fitting remains unsurpassed thanks to the fact that the core styles are available in shoe in width fittings from C to H. Start-rite's new Angry Angels range, designed with young teenagers in mind, is due to hit the shelves in time for Back-to-School in Summer 2011.

An Austrian brand particularly associated with footwear for the practical, outdoor life. SuperFit offers a great range of waterproof boots ideal for playing outdoors or hiking in the hills. The summer sandals are also practical and robust.

Tip Toey Joey

Adorable little soft French leather pram shoes and prewalkers for boys and girls. Classically styled, simple and as chic as they come. Tres francais!!

Tommy Hilfiger

Possibly a brand name that you wouldn't usually  associate with children’s footwear, but the Tommy Hilfiger lifestyle collection is ideally suited for those fashion conscious children who are in search of lifestyle shoes which are stylish, practical and chic. Unlike other similar brands, the footwear is specifically designed to fit a child’s foot, rather than being a scaled down version of an adult shoe.
